HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY WILL REACH THE MID 90S IN THE CHAMPLAIN VALLEY AND ACROSS PARTS OF SOUTHERN VERMONT. WITH DEWPOINT TEMPERATURES AROUND 70 TODAY
HEAT INDICES WILL REACH THE UPPER 90S FOR A SHORT TIME IN SOME LOCATIONS. TOO MUCH HEAT CAN LEAD TO HEALTH DISORDERS SUCH AS HEAT CRAMPS

HEAT STROKE AND EVEN DEATH. PEOPLE THE MOST SUSCEPTIBLE TO THE DANGERS OF HEAT ARE THE ELDERLY
