Hello --
Driving on Shepardson Hollow Road at about 3:30 today and came across two dogs that look like they have been on their own for a while. Although they had collars, they would not let me get close enough to gather any information from them.
Hoping someone knows who they belong to -- I will also contact Animal Control as well!
The black dog is limping and appears to be in need of assistance.
