I have uploaded the property transfers. For what is supposed to be a busy time of year things are rather slow. Building permits for single family homes so far this year also show the same trend. So far there have been 8, while last year during this same time frame there were 18. In regards to condos this year there have been 8 units. Last years condos were quite high due to the 47 units built up in the Senior Housing Project. The little trailer type unit with the log siding at the foot of Mill Hill sold again, this time for $183,900. All transfers can be viewed by clicking on the following link:
