Henry, I realize that I am biased, but today is the Fairfax Relays, the largest event in the town. There will be at least 12 schools and over 400 runners participating. Winners receive plates of cookies as prizes; youth compete in costumes, and there will be prizes for best costumes. There is a dance contest, food, and music. It is a great deal of fun.
If you can come and watch, and take photos, that would be wonderful. If you can't perhaps someone can do it for you so t hey can be posted.
Many thanks. Enjoy the beautiful day
Rev. Elizabeth
I personally am not able to get around well enough to take photos, but if someone wants to take some, particularly of our Fairfax area students, I would be most happy to post them.

This is without a doubt my favorite sporting event in Fairfax. It is all about sportsmanship, and having fun!

I have pictures up on the Fairfax,VT Facebook page and I also have the costume parade on video.
I will do my best to get those pictures and a link to the video up here tomorrow, time permitting.
