Title: Haunted House in Fairfax
Post by: Chris Santee on October 18, 2013, 08:03:31 AM
2nd Annual Fairfax Haunted House
October 17, 2013, Fairfax, Vermont - The Town of Fairfax Recreation Department and Citizens for Fairfax Community, Inc. (CFC) are holding a Haunted House at the Baptist Building on Main Street in Fairfax on October 25, 26, and 31.

CFC is a not-for-profit dedicated to establishing a community center in Fairfax, Vermont. The Haunted House is a fund-raiser for these efforts.

This event was a huge success last year and the community is pulling together to make it another safe and memorable family activity.  Students from BFA-Fairfax and local residents are volunteering to transform the interior of the historic Baptist Building into a Haunted Ship, adrift in Lake Champlain.

A well-lit, non-scary area will be set up for young children who want a haunted house experience without being frightened. This area will have crafts, face painting, and other kid-friendly activities.

Admission: $5 adult, $2 child, Max. $15 family

Hours: October 25, 26, 31 from 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm
