At about 8:45am, Wednesday morning, St. Albans City Police had Fairfield Street blocked off at the corner of Main Street by Handy Dodge Toyota, next to BFA St. Albans.
Vermont State Police were arriving in numbers and Federal authorities were also arriving.
Two men assisted an officer put on a large protective vest.
A witness stated a dog was sniffing vehicles at Handy's.
Please stay clear.

all clear, someone with backpacks stated he was a terrorist.
