Title: 128 Open?

Can somebody tell me if 128 is currently open?  I thought I heard this weekend that it was closed due to flooding.

I believe it was closed, but if don't see any Xs there now.

I traveled back from Essex on it at 1 today and it was fine.  There are some impressive ice slabs on the roadsides near the Rte 15 end but no water on the road.
