I didn't get up until 6:30 this morning and did not set the memory on my thermometer last night. It is definitely warmer this morning at 18 below & kind of cloudy. Supposed to get some snow this weekend. During this cold spell as I watch the commuters go down by, I have worked for 43 years, been retired for 22 years come this July 31st and certainly hope that all these folks going down by enjoy the same life I do. I am in good health as I watch my friends dying right & left from bouts of cancer or are being admitted to nursing homes leaving their normal lives & homes behind. Life is good for me, but sadly not that great for many.
A special thanks to our Town Road Crew who make me feel so secure, knowing that I can always get out if needed.

It makes it nice in case I have an emergency, I know you will be here shortly. Thank God, no more plumbing leaks, but I am not going to brag.
