Title: Water about to go over the Fletcher Road

Just before DJ & Kathy's house a frozen culvert is backing up water on to the Old Milton Bradley property.  Road crew has some orange barrells to let people know of the problem.  The guys were working on it this morning, but apparently did not get it unthawed.
