Hi Henry,
My son found a red ladies parka on the side of the road (River Rd) with contents in the pocket. After some investigation from a couple on a walk they said they saw a lady collecting bottles on River Rd. wearing a red parka. Would you please post in hopes we can locate the owner as she had left when I went searching for her. Thank you.
