Hello Henry,
Water is very high, around the 'Wrong Way Bridge'...both sides.
Traffic was going through, but I didn't feel like my wheels had much traction.
Some of these pictures were through the windshield, and are distorted, but rain was coming down, very heavily.
Road will probable be closed shortly.
I don't know about the 'pumpkin harbor' side.
