Heard nothing more except the person was taken in by State Police

I saw someone being given a sobriety check at Nan's by the Sheriffs dept. I think this may have been the incident.

TIME OF INCIDENT: 1817      
LOCATION OF INCIDENT:  Main St, Fairfax VT

NAME: David A. Cushing    
AGE:    46   
ADDRESS:   Milton

NAME: Neal Brown   
AGE:    51   
ADDRESS:   Milton

On 05/03/2014 at 1817 hrs Sheriff Deputy initiated a traffic stop  on a Ford F150 for 49MPH in a 30MPH Zone.  Operator of the vehicle David  Cushing was arrested for Suspicion of DUI. The passenger of the vehicle Neal Brown also found to be intoxicated was arrested for Resisting Arrest. Cushing was released on a citation to appear in Franklin District Court on May 26, 2014. Brown was released on a citation to appear in Franklin District Court on  June 2, 2014.

Deputy Parizo was uninjured in the incident.
