"BFA-Fairfax has won it's first Varsity Football Championship, beating Otter Valley, 40-30.
My first thoughts are with Karen Kirby McNall, who helped bring football to Fairfax with the Patriots Youth Football teams, then the high school team and continues to be the equipment manager for the Bullets.
My next thought is with the Langelier family. This was their last football game with Luke graduating next June. Karen Langelier has been involved with the football spaghetti suppers for the teams the night before each game since the beginning.
Wow. A football championship team.
November 8, 2014- a historical moment in Fairfax history. Congratulation everyone!!!!!"

Coach Williams started this tradition his first year. Win or lose.... we sing the BFA alma mater proudly.
