Tuesday, June 16, 5:30-6:30pm: Library Detectives: Kids 6+ can come to the library to learn how to be detectives and solve a mystery. Learn how to collect fingerprints, look for clues, and make deductions. Please register.
Friday, June 19, 10-10:30am: Tot Storytime: Join us for a new 6-week series. Young children age 0-2 will enjoy songs, rhymes, finger plays, and short books. Led by Keagan. Plus, time after for children and parents to meet and socialize.
Friday, June 19, 10:30-12:00: Library on the Lawn: Weather permitting, we will set up a reading station on the lawn in front of the Middle School. We’ll have a few boxes of books to choose from, or check one out at the library and bring it out with you. Now you can enjoy the library and the great outdoors.
Tuesday, June 23, 6-7:30pm: “Bad Art” Night: A light hearted art making event, where participants strive to make the cheesiest art pieces with a prize for the absolute worst piece. Recommended ages 13+.
Thursday, June 25, 6-7:30pm: SUMMER READING KICKOFF with Jon Gailmor!! This marks the start of our summer reading program. A Fairfax tradition.
