Michelle Monroe wrote an article in the June 23, 2015 edition of The St. Albans Messenger about a Fairfax man suing gasoline dealers.  Try as I might, I am unable to find the Fairfax man, Jacop R. Kent.  Does anybody know such a person here in Fairfax?
