The new restaurant will open soon according to an anonymous Tipster. Breakfast served all day plus an affordable menu. If you have ever patronized Linda's on Lake Sreeet in St. Albans, I am sure you will enjoy the New Family Restaurant coming to Fairfax, according to the Annonymous Tipster.

Linda's in St. Albans is wonderful!! I hope the tipster is right:)

I'm with you Suze. I have never eaten there, but several people from Fairfax drive out there to eat. I like the idea of breakfast all day thing. Let's hope something turns up.

The wings at Linda's are done just right.

From what I hear, it should be opened in 6-8 weeks

My mom & I ate at Linda's for the first time today. Very affordable, huge portions & delicious food!

Very Excited!

I am also excited at the thought of having a sit down restaurant here in town again. My cousin Alice Machia brought Theresa & i to Linda's a couple weeks ago on our way to see our 96 year old aunt up in Henryville.

I was talking to a guy from there and they are hoping to open by the end of September. No one has any idea how bad the restaurant is inside.
-
Shouldn't be long.... I saw a big Reinhart Foods truck there this morning!

Talked with the crew at Linda's and the plan is to open on Monday for breakfast in Fairfax. This should be a welcome addition to the area.

This Sounds Great

Sounds good - wishing them well on their 1st Day.
Looking forward to checking them out :)

My wife and I just had breakfast there. The menu, friendly service, and quality of food are the same as Linda's in St Albans! All excellent! Sure is nice to have a restaurant back in town, and especially one as good as this.

It's called Erica's Diner now. My husband and I had dinner there tonight. Friendly staff. It was Packed with people...people waiting in line. They have some kinks to work out...long wait time for food....45 min....but they just opened this week, so I'm sure they will figure it out. It's so nice to have a place to eat in town again. Stop by and try it. We should do what we can to support it.
Happy eating!
