FAIRFAX - An allegation of aggravated disorderly conduct has been made against a local man after police said he threatened another's life.
The Franklin County Sheriff's Office said Corey Riley (no age given), of St. Albans, allegedly left threatening messages on the victim's cell phone on Nov. 7.
A sheriff's deputy met with the complainant at a Fairfax address and the officer said he observed the messages on the phone.
Riley was to appear in Franklin District Court on Tuesday to answer to the . charge.
