Title: Something for everyone at the library this week

Monday, December 16 AND Wednesday, December 16, 3-4pm: STEM Club- Telegraph
Students who came to November’s STEM club will modify their electric buzzers into telegraph machines.
 
Tuesday, December 15, 9:30-10:30am: Preschool Story Hour: Snowmen and Winter
Join us for themed stories, songs, and activities for ages 0-6. No registration necessary for story hour.
 
Wednesday, December 16, 3:15-4:15pm:  READ to a DOG
Kids ages 5-10 can read a book of their choice to a fuzzy, friendly dog. Call to reserve a 15-minute slot. (program full)
 
Thursday, December 17, 3-4:15: Chess Club continues for those registered.
 
Thursday, December 17, 6-8pm: The Vermont Movie: Part Three- Refuge, Reinvention, and Revolution
In this third installment of “Freedom and Unity: The Vermont Movie,” the film enters the world of mid-20th Century Vermont, covering pioneering politicians, scientific and technological innovations, and cultural revolutions. Refreshments provided. Discussion to follow the film.
Note: All of the film segments are independent, so you can watch this one even if you have not seen any others.
 
Saturday, December 19, 9-11am: Tech Help: Sign up for a 30 minute session or drop in from 10-11am. You can ask any tech question and/or bring in a device you need help with. You will be ably assisted by our techie, Josiah.
 
Saturday, December 19, 10-11am: Family Gingerbread Decorating
Join us for a festive morning of cookie decorating as a family and bring home your delicious creations. Please register.
