Title: BFA-Fairfax Adjusts To Locked-Door Policy
Post by: Henry on October 14, 2007, 05:46:13 PM
Lisa Boucher, correspondent for The Burlington Free Press had an article in last week's Franklin County Edition regarding BFA-Fairfax's locked door policy.  The Free Press leaves this web site information up for a period of one week and it only appears in the Franklin County Edition.  Lisa has given me permission to place this on a web site so that you can all read it.  Click on the following link to view:

I realize this might be the reality we live in, but it makes me sad.  The school has always been the heart of Fairfax.  I ran around in there at all hours of the day growing up.  (I never caused any trouble, I promise!)  I love the comparison of the school to a barn!  I'm a librarian right now, and understand the need to supervise the patrons, especially the young ones, so I certainly can understand.
