Hi All,
Watching the news last night and the terrible fires out in California, it just makes me feel so grateful living where I do. Yesterday was truly an absolutely beautiful day and there wasn't a cloud in the sky.

My house faces the North and you can see by the shadows that the sun is moving Southward. Most of my leaves on my 15 maples are still on the trees

I had planted 14 maple twigs on my boundary line back in the late 1980s and as you can see they have become beautiful trees in that short period of time

Meanwhile out in my back yard, Kelly Sweet was busy with his equipment gathering the kernels of corn off the cob - When he saw me out in my back yard, he stopped his equipment and came over and said "Hi." It was great to see him and he tells me he is still "cancer free" with more tests coming in November, but he is very optimistic.
Check out the blue clear sky in all three of these photos - The temperature, by the way was in the low 70s - Ahhhhhhh!!! if days like this could last for months.[/b]
