Title: Rumor Has It?????

Hi All,

Rumor has it that Rick Burnham has been out and about town interviewing Red Sox Fans -- Rumor also has it that tomorrow's Franklin County Edition of The Burlington Free Press might even have some results of these interviews, that is if he was able to find any Red Sox Fans here in town.  Most of the Red Sox Fans I have heard from have high hopes and cautious optimism regarding the series.

Normally I pay no attention to rumors, but this one might have some substance to it.

This was one of the funnest stories I have done. I love talking sports, and I was able to round up four Fairfax Red Sox fans who were willing to share their joys and pains. A diverse group. Young and old. Male and female. Curse believers and non curse believers.

Nice Article Rick - You quoted Maryann very well.  Don't remember if you mentioned it or not, but Maryann is a "Dice K" fan.  I saw him get up to bat last night with the bases loaded and no more than got "Fat Chance" out of my mouth and the little guy hit the ball.  Wished I had waited a few minutes to say "Fat Chance."

Did Maryann say anything??  Oh yes, heard about that for a while and no doubt it will be brought up again.
