Title: Tractor Trailer Closes Smugglers Notch Road Again

CAMBRIDGE -- Vermont State Police have closed Vermont 108 through Smugglers Notch because of a tractor trailer accident.

Drivers are advised to seek alternate routes until the road is reopened.

Just checked the Free Press Web Site and someone posted the following comment:

"It is time to close the Notch Road for the season. VTrans needs to make plans for next year when the road opens to stop these drivers from going through there. We know they are trying to cut off time on their deliveries but come on they need to be educated that they CANNOT be up there"

How are these drivers missing the sign?  And hopefully they are being charged for the messes they are causing!
