Hi All,
I have mixed emotions on this, especially where they call him a violent offender, therefore won't be going to a work camp. My own thought are for a person his age, the work camp would serve the purpose much better than placing him in with hardened criminals - Click on the following link for the story:

Amazing he got 1-5 years for an accident- great our justice system has yet again set another young person up to fail- do you want a young man that went to prison for an accident living next door to you when he gets out? he will not be the same man coming out as the one that went in- and its not going to be for the better folks.
so very sad for both families, this young mans life will forever be changed and not for the better doing time will not bring the farmer who If I remember right was hunting from the tracter which is illegal back to life. It was an accident one man is dead and another will suffer the loss of his younth and soul by the tiime he gets out.
