Affectionately known as H.576, the bill, as written by Rep. James Fitzgerald, D-St. Albans, and Rep. Francis McFaun, R-Barre Town, would waive the cost of your Vermont driver's license if you in turn agree to part with your transplantable organs once you no longer need them. To wit, when you're dead.
