Police in Franklin County are searching for a missing man who they say is severely mentally handicapped. They say Larry Machia, 60, walked away from his St. Albans home Monday morning. He is 5'6," 160 lbs., with gray hair and blue eyes. Police believe Machia is wearing a black hat, blue jacket, blue jeans and black boots.
