It has snowed every single day of February so far, and that pattern is not going to change any time soon. The big storm that dropped the heavy snow over the last couple of days is moving out, but a trailing trough of low pressure will still kick up a few flurries today.
On Saturday, a weak system will approach us from the Great Lakes. That will bring another round of accumulating snow, starting about mid-morning on Saturday. We'll get about 1-3" of snow by the end of the day, with a bit more accumulation on Saturday night.
Some colder air will move in by the end of the weekend and the start of next week. And the active weather pattern will continue into next week, with several opportunities for more snow.
BUT IT IS BEAUTIFUL!!!
