Hi All,
I understand that down in St. Albans yesterday somebody drove through, or rather into Dunkin Donuts. A little plywood will allow them to remain open. Everytime I drive in up at Minors I make sure I slow down so I am not the first one to drive in and surprise the guy or gal at the cash register. Several years ago someone did that down at Steeple Market. I can't remember if it was before they removed the ATM or after, but you will notice when you drive in there that they have some blocks there to prevent you from hitting the building. J & L also doesn't have a block there, but you have to turn to get in the parking place, so you are not apt to be going too fast. Up at Nan's they don't park facing the store, so not a problem.
God!!! I hope it isn't some old person that mistook the accelorator for the brake - Its those people that gave the rest of us old people a bad name.
I think I saw the report of the car driving into Dunkin Donuts on Fox 44, but I am sure the Messenger will have it in today's edition. Fox sure does get around. What they lack in technical know how, they make up with in getting all the News that Channel 5 & Channel 3 miss.
