Title: Received This Little Poem About New England
Post by: Henry on January 27, 2004, 09:14:29 AM
Hi All,

One of my former co-workers at IBM who is now in his 80s and spending his winter in Florida sent me this cute little poem about New England:

                                      It's winter in New England
                                    And the gentle breezes blow,
70 miles per hour at 52 below!
Oh, how I love New England
When the snow's up to your butt.
You take a breath of winter air
And your nose, it freezes shut.
Yes, the weather here is wonderful,
So I guess I'll hang around.
But I could never leave New England
'Cause I'm frozen to the ground!!
