Description: Tom Hungerford, his wife Barb and their three sons Chris, Mark and Jim operate the 3,000 tap sugaring operation. Most of the taps are on pipeline with vacuum and processed through a modern reverse osmosis machine to a sweetness of 7-8%. A wood fired 3x10 arch processes sap the old fashioned way.
