Guard helicopters, state police team up for exercise at IBM facility

Vermont Army National Guard helicopters will support a Vermont State Police exercise this evening between 7:30 and 10:30 pm at the vacant IBM plant on Sandhill Road in Essex.

Area residents may see helicopters hovering over that location but should not be alarmed, guard officials said in a news release.
