Essex Junction suffered a bad brush fire incident yesterday where the fire burned about 3 acres. I am sure the people that read the forum are well aware of the brush fire dangers, however, I did see someone here in town yesterday doing some burning and wondered then if our ban on burning had been lifted. If I remember right, I believe they said that six fire departments were called in the fight the Essex Junction blaze.
