Judge Michael Kupersmith is bringing in a doctor, to check out defendant Brian Rooney, who claims he doesn't feel well. Rooney is accused of killing University of Vermont student Michelle Gardner-Quinn in 2006.
Kupersmith describes Rooney's illness like a stomach virus, including nausea.
The judge told jurors to come back at 10:30 a.m., but he strongly suspects the trial will not be able to commence, Friday.
If they can't continue Friday, the trial will resume Monday morning.
