Title: 16 Year Old Driving 132 MPH When Two Girls Were Killed
Post by: Henry on June 06, 2008, 08:36:34 AM
We are very close to graduation again and unfortunately there are very few graduations that go by that someone within a 50 mile radius doesn't get in a serious accident.  The young man that was driving when the girl from Enosburg was killed a while back was only 16, drunk and had been smoking pot, plus driving 132 mph - If my memory serves me correctly, he was also driving the car without the owners permission.  No matter what the punishment - the two 16 year old girls cannot be brought back to life - Just a terrible useless tragedy.

Too bad when these youngsters go out, they can't put a speed control on the car.

I was talking with someone a while back about the light at The A. W. Rich Funeral Home and he told me, "Although I shouldn't think this way, I just hope it isn't someone I know."

Let us all hope and pray for a fatality free graduation this year.
