Title: Windows XP Microsoft Security Update KB899589 Failing To Install

I downloaded the Windows XP Microsoft Security Update KB899589 this morning and it failed.  Posted a note on the Microsoft Forum and apparently I am not the only one having a problem, so suspect that they will be coming out with a fix.
