Title: Phyllis Soule To Celebrate Her 90th Birthday On July 10th

Phyllis Soule will be celebrating her 90th Birthday on Thursday, July 10, 2008.  Phyllis is still an active member of our Civil Board of Authority here in Fairfax and a little birdie has told me that Nat Worman, who does interviews for The St. Albans Messenger and videos of interesting people in Franklin County plans to do an in depth interview with Phyllis just as soon as she can free up some time for him.
