Title: 30 Year Old Grande Isle Canoeist Found Dead In Grande Isle

Two Canoeist were in a canoe that overturned shortly after midnight on Saturday and a 30 year old Grande Isle man was found dead.  Click on link below for story:

Although an after the fact thought - Maybe something that would save many lives is insuring that flotation vest are worn, irregardless of your ability to swim.  More on WCAX:

It would be hard to enforce a law that say's you are required to wear a lift vest ONLY while you are in the boat.
