On the way home from the fair last night, Mary Kay had to detour because of an accident. Apparently the Milton Teenager is in critical condition.
A teenager from Milton is in critical condition after a terrible car crash.
Authorities say the 16-year-old was on the Westford Road around 9 p.m., when he lost control of his car on a sharp curve. The car went 300 feet off the road, hit a well head and then a rock wall, causing the car to go air born.
"It appears the vehicle went air born, approximately 50 to 60 feet, and hit the upper part of the trees 20 feet off the ground," said Milton Fire Chief Don Turner
The car hit the trees so hard it became embedded forcing rescue crews to cut down some of the trees so they could rescue the teenager from the car.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
