Title: Fairfax Covered Bridge Hit Yesterday Afternoon

Also, the covered bridge was hit by a Mac Tool truck yesterday around 2:30 pm.  The State Police were called.  Don't know if any damage was done.  The driver reported the accident to the Town Office, so suspect that any damage would be covered by the driver's insurance.  Mike, I know you walk down over that bridge several times a day.  Notice Anything??

Don and DJ were fixing the bridge as I went to get the mail after 9am.
I didn't have my camera.
Shame on me.

The boards at the top of the entrance on the east side were broken at the bottom. Like most other collisions between trucks and the bridge.
