It has been quite a while since I have had my Free Press not delivered, however, today was another story - No Free Press here today.

Sent an e-mail to Mike Prazma maprazma@burlingt.gannett.com yesterday and received a response from him within an hour. This morning received a follow-up call to make sure I got my Free Press this morning.
They have moved my paper box so that it is more visible and also put a reflector on it. Much improved response and service dealing with someone right here in Burlington rather than a sub-contractor somewhere in Tennessee who has no idea where Fairfax is. The local Route Manager has worked very hard to square things away up here and apparently has not had an easy job, having to do the Route himself for quite some time while trying to find somebody to replace the person that quit last December.
I sent him back a note this morning complimenting them on their response - They are really trying.
