she visited our association awhile back. The raffle sounded weird to me so I said no thanks...glad I did.

I think this makes it more difficult for legitimate raffles and charitable organizations to hold their own fund raisers.  People get skeptical after something like this. 
I wonder if the "handicapped child" is a figment of her imagination or if she has this child?
