Have been snapping some pictures of Don, DJ & Pat installing the sleeve in the culvert. Culvert is a little rotted on the ends and after a start and retry, they got the sleeve drawn through the old culvert. They have the pan attached and will be adding some cement around the input end. After I get a few more photos, will add a little dialog to the photos, meanwhile, you can check out what I have so far without dialog at:
