We just reopened I-89 in Waterbury.  Was closed from Exit 10 (Waterbury) to Exit 7 (Berlin).  There were approx. 2 dozen cars off in that area, multiple minor injuries and a few more serious.  And I have come to the conclusion people really are dumb.  We had one of our trucks blocking the interstate entrance ramp.  The question asked?  "Is the interstate closed?"
