Gloria J. (Francis) Eastman

Burlington - Gloria Jean (Francis) Eastman, 63 passed away on Monday December 1, 2008 at Fletcher Allen Health Center in Burlington.  She was born January 20, 1945 in Colchester daughter of the late William and Irene (Russell) Francis.  She had been a long time employee as a product inspector with York Capacitors in Winooski.  Gloria was a very giving person and enjoyed arts and crafts especially crocheting. She was an avid Jimmy Johnson Nascar fan.  Gloria was always taking photos to share with family and friends.  She looked forward to the quiet times spent fishing.  Gloria was a proud member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post #91 of Colchester.  She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Gloria is survived by: Her Fiancée Edward Williams of Burlington;  Two sisters:  Phyllis Howard and her husband Winfred of Alburgh; Judy Fitzpatrick and husband Bernard of Essex;  Several nieces, nephews, cousins, including a special niece and Godchild Penny Howard.

She was also predeceased by:  Her husband Reginald Eastman on December 21, 2006;  Two sisters:  Lorraine Mobbs and Marie Begins.

Visiting hours will be from 11:30 a.m. until the hour of service at 1:30 p.m. on Friday December 5, 2008 at A. W. Rich Funeral Home – Fairfax Chapel with the Rev. Julian Asucan officiating.  Burial will follow with family in the family lot in Mt.
