Yes, it was back on December 8, 2002, some six years ago when one of the groups (Maybe CCD) decided they would have a tree lighting ceremony at St. Luke's. The tree they lit up is no longer there, however, if you have ever been up at St. Luke's on a cold wintry windy night (The wind sure doth blow there) you will get some idea of what kind of a night it was and what at treat for the CCD Students it wasn't, although maybe one they will talk about to their children.
