Title: And Yet Another Winter Advisory For Tonight
Post by: Henry on December 16, 2008, 08:49:24 AM
Winter weather advisory in effect from midnight tonight to 4 pm est Wednesday.

The NWS in burlington has issued a winter weather advisory for snow for all of central and northern vermont, as well as for all of northern New York, which is in effect from midnight tonight to 4 pm est Wednesday.

Snowfall amounts of 3 to 6 inches are expected. The snow will overspread the region after midnight tonight. Snowy conditions can be expected for the Wednesday morning commute. The snow will taper off from west to east Wednesday afternoon.

A winter weather advisory for snow means that periods of snow will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.

Great.
I'm going to be trudging around Burlington doing Christmas shopping in a snowstorm.
Ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

That's a big old GREAT for me too - Our game last Wednesday was postponed due to weather.  Looks like the one tomorrow, to the same southern region, might be in jeopardy of postponement as well.
I'd rather them postpone it then it take an additional hour 1 way.
