All summer and now into the cold of winter there has been a dog whining and howling during the day and barking at night somewhere on Shepardson Hollow road. It is so pathetic to hear it howling. Does anyone who reads the forum know who owns this poor dog? I assume the owner works and leaves it alone outside. It sounds like it might be a Shepard, certainly a large dog by the noise.
