Essex police say they are looking for a 16-year-old girl from Essex who has been missing since Jan. 13.
Courtney E. Varin, 16, is white, about 5-feet-1-inch tall and weighs about 165 pounds. She is described as having short, very dark brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black coat with a fake fur hood. On the front of the jacket, written in gold lettering, are the words "South Pole.
Varin was also reportedly wearing dark blue jeans, a light gray hoodie and high-top, multip-colored sneakers.
Police declined to release any further information.
