However, if you can't remember, just say like a woman being interviewed last night on television did:

"He's Number One In My Book."

I agree the hype over St. Obama is bordering insanity, but certainly he has brought forth this coming together of humanity that hasn't been seen in awhile (since the last crisis?) Even if he can't fulfill all of his ambitions in the white house, he at least gives a sense of intelligence and being in control that seems to resonate around the world. No real scandals falling out of the closet so far. If there are skeletons, they're buried pretty darn deep.

When was the last time 2 million people gathered anywhere without incident? I think that speaks for itself. I think he will do just fine if the old codgers in DC accept  that it's time to change the way things get done. THAT is going to be the hard part. I think that is going to be the area where he will have problems, with the people he has to rely on to pass the legislation he wants passed.

I will admit, he wasn't my first choice. I have had a few political tet-a tets over whether or not he's capable of making the tough decisions and all I can say to that is if anyone named Barack Hussein Obama boldly ran for president in this country (after 9/11) then he mostly certainly has the cojones to make the tough decisions. I have no worries about that.
