We are looking to increase the number of Seniors attending the Luncheon at the Firehouse at noon. If you have a senior friend, remind them - The cost is $4 and if you are under 60 years old and bring them your cost would be $5 for a delicious meal.

We had 35 people there today, which is a little better. A couple of new ones showed up which is good - Spread the word. We had chicken & gravy on warm biscuits, stuffing, carrots and for desert we had a choice of banana cream or chocolate cream pie. It was delicious.

sorry I forgot to remind them

My mom just moved here (actually) 2 years ago but we were wondering when they are? She is 67 and shy so could I go with her. I am 43. Thank you Good way to meet people and get hooked up with your neighbors.

Dinner with your mom, priceless !

Shelly, we would love to have you and your Mom come - They also play bingo on the First Tuesday after the meal.

It is absolutely wonderful to be able to spend the rest of my life with my mother. She is priceless Chris and I hope to see you there to make it even better. I know when bingo is but when is the lunch? Is it always the first Tuesday of the month? Thanks for such a quick response. This is a wonderful web site. Shelly

The luncheons are the first and third Tuesday of every month at 12 noon at the Fairfax Fire Station - Looking forward to seeing you and your Mom there and would encourage any other Seniors and their rides to come. As Chris said, Seniors pay $4 and if you are under 60, it is $5 since the Agency on Aging doesn't make a contribution towards the dinner of those under 60.
