Title: Varsity Cheerleaders

Congratulations to the BFA Varsity Cheerleaders! They competed Saturday at the NVAC cheer competition in So. Burlington. They won 1st place in the Mountain Division and 2nd place Overall ( behind Essex). Also, one of the Top Gun stunt pods placed second and one of the Top Gun tumblers earned a 1st place medal. Well done ladies--you all are amazing athletes! Good luck and have fun at the State Competition on the 21st!

They did an awsome job. Remember that ther are several boys on the squad that won awards also.

Let's also remember the middle school squad, coached by Michelle Brown & assisted by Julie Thibault, also did a fantastic job. They placed also in top gun & tumbling & in their division overall; I'll try to get Michelle to post these awards. For being younger, Michelle does an awesome job with these kids & I think they will go farther once they become a little more at ease with performing in front of such a large crowd! JV also did a great job & I think we ought to recognize all of them involved for all of their hard work; the dedication of the coaches is much appreciated!!!
